if it isn't much different than the sedan, then it isn't much trouble at all. mine is currently stripped down to the bare metal inside for some rust repair, steam cleaning, and a general checkup. the hardest part for me was getting the driver's seat out and even that wasn't too bad.
basically, pulling the seats (4 bolts each) and unsnapping the carpets (2 snaps per side on mine) will get you down to the floor pans. of course then you still have the center console, rocker carpet, etc.
the factory insulation can be a bit of a pita to remove if you are planning on putting in dynamat - a heat gun and a putty knife was the best i could do and it took forever except where some leaking water had made my life much easier by breaking down whatever adhesive was originally used. be careful with the plastic wire channel covers, they crack fairly easily if you twist them trying to get them out.
