Did all 4 of my doors last fall. Got the parts from fastlane. You should plan on getting the 4-5 plastic rivits for the front door metal retainers because they are hard to remove without breaking them. You only need to glue a couple of places and it's easy to see where. The old rubber looked like it had glue all around but I don't think it's needed as the channel is very tight. The new rubber kind of rolls into the tracks. You won't believe how quiet your car will become. Even at 90+ I have no wind noise
Also the whole thing took about 10 minutes per door.
