I don't see the tranny either but I will assume that you have that too. The driveshaft is needed in a 123 manual conversion so it may be needed in the 124 also. YOu will just have to measure the length of the trannies to be sure.

The driveshaft can be modified as well.

Sometimes you need a tranny crossmember too. Other times you can just drill new holes in the crossmember and make it work that way.
