Our '99 also had the rear most hanger weld break off, letting the muffler dangle. Some coat hangers for a quick fix until a replacement muffler was installed.

I've noticed that the NA OM606 210's have a different muffler. The entire exhaust on mine still looks great, except for the catalytic convertor which is rusting apart. I still haven't replaced it with a nice stainless steel resonator. I think a straight pipe would be too loud.
