Thanks, that confirms that my $59 is perhaps justified. After I posted this thread, I did some additional, more systematic trials by marking the bolt and backing out from its stop. At three full turns out I did notice a slight improvement that dissipated if was adjusted one way or the other, but this still did not completely eliminate the stalling problem, so I'm anxious to put in the new one. By the way, Phil at Fastlane is great, in case that hasn't been repeated enough.
