Okay, folks, I had my first junkyard experience today. Can you say "little boy in the candy shop"? My wife called as I was leaving.......she said, that's a LONG trip to the hardware store. Well, I got sidetracked. Called 3 junkyards and 2 of them knew they had MBs....our kind, 82-87 diesels.

So?

I found an 87 300D. Will the sun visors fit my 1985 300D? Is there a chart of what will fit what?

I found an 89 560 (or 520)SEL that was missing driver's seat (of course); dash, all switches except the passenger side door. The rest of the interior seem intact. Favorite color --- BLACK.

What fits what? That is MY question.
