24.76 mpg city

Figure that your car should be better than those numbers due to its lighter body.
The first one is right 24.76.

But I calculate:
The second figure @ 56 mph: 37.34 mpg.
The third figure at 75 mph: 27 mpg.

On the third figure, how can you have less consumption in liters per 100 km/h and achieve less MPG?
