Dribiwire in this link http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w211-e-class/1304532-oil-change-siphoning-w211-3.html#post2246550 says the factory fill oil is Fuchs Titan 0w30, NOT 5w30! Although the Mobil product is approved by M-B for use, it is NOT the same as the Fuchs. It is likely the additive packages are necessarily different due the different service conditions and engine needs during break-in.
