Not sure about the SD change, but how are you going to change it.

Spill and fill..... won't get all of the capacity...

SPill and fill and torque converter drain...

Pump?

I did the spill and fill less than a year ago, and going to due it again because I know i didn't get all of the old fluid out (obviously)
