Is Davenport by any chance usually on Central time?
[aren't some parts of the Panhandle]

(Geographically challenged about some of Florida)

It's 1:10 here and The clock at the right bottom of the screen agrees.

Daylight Savings Time (U.S. East coast[in Winter Months]) - 4hrs = UTC/GMT
(We aren't supposed to use GMT as a descriptive anymore,It was too British,
Colonial and not PC)

So I have no Idea WTF is going on with the forum or U.S.Government
(Stop, That's a half truth...U.S. Gov wasn't happy trying to one up

However the Amplitude Modulation signal reset time (Atomic Clock)
broadcast by the Commerce Department from Fort Collins,Colorado
every night works beautifully and my little Weather Station dutifully
updates it's time overnight.(Wouldn't Benjamin Franklin be ecstatic!)
