OVP relay arrived today, installed it, tried to start the car, Yippy started right up. Also noticed that the last time the Battery was replaced, the battery was set on the accessory wire coming from the + battery terminal.
It had worn through the insulation but I do not think it had shorted out or there should of been some serious arcing/fire, there was no fuse between the worn insulation and Battery.
