I think you're right, deanyel. Gilly was able to walk me through the process of removing the broken piece and when I took it to the parts department today they said a replacement is about $60.00. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was easy to remove the part, but if I could do it then it would have been a piece of cake for a professional mechanic.
