The most common sources for leaks for the 114/115 as well as the 123 cars in the trunk are the trunk seal and tail-light assembly seals. Water under the foot wells - front & rear - is usually from a leak in the windshield seal. I lived in Portland for 13 years and became quite familiar with these leaks.
