Here's what I learned yesterday.
You have to lower the window to disconnect the regulator from it. Then the widon has to be pushed back up out of the way. Next, you have to disconnect the upper and lower screws holding the window track inside the door. Once that is loose, you can manuver the regulator and motor out of the door and put the new one in.
