Went to wife's job to inspect vehicle and discovered that the drive belt has come off!

Getting the vehicle towed back to the house thru AAA because roadside assistance would charge.

I did notice that the particular pulley in the center of my picture would not even spin by hand if turned. Could that one be the problem? It looks like it could be a tensioner pulley. I had one on my Ford Explorer go out about 5 years ago and they look almost the same.
