Noisy Pulley-help!

I have 1999 Ml430 with 158,000 miles. A few days ago, I heard squeaks/chirps coming from what I am thinking is a pulley. Today, the squeaks were accompanied by a bearing-like groan/buzz that is much louder.

I believe the noise is coming from the pulley that is in the center of my picture or the one below it on the right.

Sorry I couldn't get it any brighter. The glare from my shoplight kept messing up the camera flash and without the light I couldn't see the pulley. I'll try and take better pics and post them later. I just want to fix this problem without going to any shop. I just dropped $900 two weeks ago on a new left Cat because I could not do that myself!

Is there a diagram somewhere so I can identify this pulley, find the Drive Belt tensioner and fix this problem? Does anybody have any other ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Has the crankshaft damper/pulley been replaced, recall?

No, none of the pulleys have ever been replaced. Wife just called and said that she was having difficulty with steering on the way to work this morning. My guess is that this also has to do with one of the pulleys. i just don't know which one. Thanks again.

Went to wife's job to inspect vehicle and discovered that the drive belt has come off!

Getting the vehicle towed back to the house thru AAA because roadside assistance would charge.

I did notice that the particular pulley in the center of my picture would not even spin by hand if turned. Could that one be the problem? It looks like it could be a tensioner pulley. I had one on my Ford Explorer go out about 5 years ago and they look almost the same.

Just to let you all know that the problem was the tensioner pulley. Couldn't get the pulley off, so I had to replace the entire tensioner. Replaced it with a new drive belt-problem solved.
