Bearing noise?

Remove belt, start on cold engine and run for 30 secs and see if noise is present. If it is, it is internal to engine. If not present, turn off and spin each accesssory device by hand to find the offending belt driven device.

Another test is to use a hunk of 2 x 4 and floor jack and lift the engine at the oil pan 1/4" (NO more) while idling. If belt noise goes away you have a bad motor mount.
