I'm doing a head gasket on a 86 300SDL.

For the life of me, I can't get the first slide rail pin out. I've tried all sorts of leverage with screwing bolts in and prying. No one around me sells 6mm threaded stock so I can't fab up a impact puller.

I have a close-quarters drill. Is it ok to drill out the pin?
