Manuals

The only manuals worth having (in my opinion) are the factory MB manuals, either in print form (preferred) or on CD-ROM (less desirable). Be warned, however, that the manuals for the engine, chassis, electrical troubleshooting with diagrams, and climate controls are all separate manuals.

Keep your eyes open on Ebay for the manuals. I believe that the electrical manual is no longer in print, and not available from MB.

They are very complete and comprehensive. They are also expensive, but worthwhile if you are getting deep into a project.
