Some auto parts stores give 'em away. I found a stack of 'em at Kragen free for the taking. They're the stick-on static type like you typically get from cheap-o oil change shops.

I know what you all mean...I try to keep real good records of maintenance done on my vehicles. I found a booklet at McWhorter's for like $5 that lets you write in fuelings (to keep track of mileage and such), oil changes, maintenance, any nots, etc. Real good thing to have.
