This is what I don't get: Placing a liquid that contains a percentage of an effective solvent into a poly container. Doesn't the alcohol leach some naughty things from the poly?
My advice: Find some half-assed inexpensive Napa Valley merlot sold in a glass bottle that you find drinkable, and don't sweat the spoilage.
