Get a touch up pen from automotivetouchup.com with your car's color code.
Keep applying the paint in the scratch to build it up level or slightly higher than the surface of the surrounding paint. Then compound it smooth by hand with a rag and wax it when your done. If the scratch is larger, you may want to use 2000 grit wet sand paper to level it and then compound and wax.
If you have metallic paint it's kind of tough to match it exactly, but solid colors take this repair VERY well.
