It may sound silly but you shouldn't have to right click any of the links...
If you open the email containing an attachment in the Inbox console and or in its own pane you should be able to LEFT click on the link which then opens a popup window. Within that popup window is a remotely hosted Norton or McAfee filescanner app that then gives you the option to download the file once it clears any sort of infection.
By right clicking the attachment and saving it, I suspect that you're simply downloading the scripted link.
