"This would just be a sad pathetic story of yet another immature white ascribing blame to 'some black guy' except that Drudge, McCain, and Palin bought into the story to some degree, even with the "B" etched backward into the girl's face.

McCain and Palin both called her to offer condolences and Drudge, of course, ran with the story in a big way. I don't blame McC/P. for this, but please, it had stink emanating from it at the git-go. Why so eager to jump on the band-wagon?"
