It's all a matter of following instructions and it's a bit scary cutting the headliner to find the threaded inserts.

Tailgate panel is scored on the back side--easy to cut out.

The front mounts include a plastic eschutcheon plus the metal rail (two each). You need both. The kit of parts includes special threaded inserts to install into the seats.
