I really don't understand the pawnshops I have been to. The stuff they have is pure junk that looks like it has been run over. Their tools look like they came out of a garbage can. But the prices on them are same as new or more. For example, a bottom of the line plug in drill, that you could buy new at HD for 24.95, and that looks like it has been through the war also, has a tag on it of 35.00. ??? I have to figure they are making their money "some other way".
