hehe sorry been havign a hellish week if you havent already read my post on my car getting crashed, water heater exploding in my basement flooding it, and the whiplash. Lifes been very mean to me in the last week.

I knew it was farad, I just mispelled it.. my mistake.

I never claim to be an expert at car audio, but I get by.

Scott, That looks great. I'll post pics of my sub install once I finish the rear deck mods to clean up its look. My sub is ina a sealed box in the trunk ported right into the first aid kit. I then cut a hole in the top and mounted a speaker grill in there.

Next step is to clean it up and make it look nice. I'm busy working on a trim ring and all to surround the carpet around the hole. should end up looking cool. And color matching the grill shouldn't be too hard.

I found and old grill at my friends shop, and I cut it and mounted it under the carpet but on top of the plastic part on the lid. It was funa nd didn't take me too long at all. Much better than the plain old hole I just had there. I did cover the port extension in the trunk with carpet to match the box, much cleaner than how I had it before.

I wish I could do it as clean as yours, but I am kind of macguyvering mine like I do the rest of my stereo stuff.

of course it's going to be a while before I can show you, my car is going to be undergoing surgery from my accident.

Alon
