Sorry didn't mean to say my lawyer but meant to say one of my lawyer friends. And I misquoted him too. What he actually said was not that it was convictable but that a cop might write a ticket for leaving the scene. To me it looks pretty thin, but since they caught him soused it might get written in as a throw away charge.

Actually he has been my lawyer on occasion as far as that goes.
