should I entertain eBay buyer in Singapore?
The high bidder for an item I listed on eBay has a confirmed address in Singapore. He has positive eBay feedback including purchases from sellers in the US. My listing stipulates shipping to US only. The item has a power supply which I can't assure will work outside the US. For some odd reason all bidders are from outside the US so I can't avail of a second chance offer to other bidders.
Should I offer to send the item if the buyer covers all shipping costs or am I opening the door to headaches? The eBay answer center, as unofficial as it is, says I can cancel the bid before the auction ends - too late - or I can refund payment - I didn't send an invoice - and file an unpaid item claim after X days. I didn't read anything about feedback exposure.
