I need to know the wiper motor removal procedure so I can get to the bower motor I have no fan function. At the pig tail behide the brake boster I get 12 volts at center pin hi,low,auto. and the far pin gets 0.9 at low and 9.1 at hi I did not check at auto. Any help would be great
