Remove wiper blade, leave wiper in up/parked position (away from glass).

Open hood fully/vertically.

Remove rubber gasket running side-side just forward of the climate-control intake.

Remove both rubber strips at base of windshield.

Remove screws holding rubber bib around lower half of wiper motor (tiny phillips).

Remove bib.

Remove screws holding plastic shroud at base of windshield, remove shroud both sides.

Remove four(?) 10mm-hex nuts holding wiper motor assembly.

Rotate wiper motor assembly upward and out of the cavity, unplug wire/plug.

This is from memory, I've done it six-eight times, but not in the past year. Fairly straightforward process, and no big surprises. I don't know how long it took me the first time, without instructions, probably an hour or more. Last time took around 15-20minutes. Budget enough time to inspect and lube the blower motor while it's there, you've already done most of the work necessary to R&R the blower.
