Check all temp sensors, make sure your idle valve isn't stuck. If the car sat for so long, fuel may have deposited varnish in any number of places. It might be one of those things you can fix by running some mystery oil through the fuel system.

Have you pulled the plugs and looked at them yet?

There are a multitude of things to check.... Was the car running well when it was put in the barn?
