Are you SURE it only had 77K miles on it? Don't trust odometers on these things...

If you are sure it only had 77K, I would use it as is. BUT- I would reseal the front pump and TC seal , at a minumum. If it sat for many years unused, I might think about rebuilding, because clutch pack seals can get hard etc.

Personally , I would really like you to rebuild it ( and do it before I rebuild mine)
