We have all been there on mid 90's & earlier because the Huf locks have planned obsolescence. You will need to get the replacement tumbler ordered from the dealer so that the profits flow directly back to Huf.
If the key won't turn anymore, I have seen a tool on the web that lines up where to drill a hole so you can reach the detents with the wire.
