Thank goodness I have a good relationship with my indy. He offered to replace 2 failing monovalve diaphrams in my car for free when I had them in for service. Its a 5 minute job, but I said okay, if you feel like it.
He tried to charge $130.00 for the reseal kits each,

and I laughed in his face. Thankfully the shop forum banner was showing the $40.00 special for them, which I was able to quickly pull up on my Iphone.

I think he was so embarrased, must be second nature to markup like that, that he comped the monovalves for me. This was after shelling out nearly $800.00 for new front bearings on the convertible, and oil cooler lines for the Defiant.
