I think I found the problem. It's the ABS sensor wire...when I replaced the rear diff bushings, I forgot to put the ABS wire back into it's clip. It was rubbing against the flex disc which had worn thru the insulation. D'oh!

I'll update this thread after I replace the sensor. Thanks!
