VCV R+R
Loosely affix the two Screws/Bolts holding the VCV to the IP
Open the "Throttle" linkage All The Way, and hold it so (An assistant helps)
rotate the VCV clockwise until tension/resistance is felt,tighten the Screws/Bolts
