I went camping last autumn. It was too cold to sleep outside in the tent. I folded seats down, moved front seats all the way forward, and inflated full size mattress in the back. It fitted snug but it fitted  There is no room left anywhere but some at front seats. I'm 5'9" 155lbs and my girlfriend is 5'5" and 120lbs and we slept OK in there. There is lots of space in the back of ML. I do some electrical work for living and carry all my tools in the back and have sealed 12" subwoofer box behind the seat as well. Everything fits without obstructing rear window. There is more space than newest Lexus RX400h.
