Moving to the lake house that has been in the family since the 20's. The lake is 30 acres and the nearest neighbor is my parents and they are a mile through the woods. The house needs alot of work which is on my project list for the next couple years. My new bride is going to provide guidance in regards to picking out the colors and such. She does a good job with it. I am pretty pumped about it especially the no mortgage or rent payments

I have not looked into what it is going to take to get internet to the house yet and plan to be fully moved by July 1st
