Mercedes, BMW, and VW are all DESIGNED to have oil removed via vacuuming via dipstick tube. Have been for decades.

I like the shop air version by MityVac.

Note that the hose needs to be rigid--there are versions out there with soft hoses and they are a joke because the warm oil combined with the vacuum will just suck the hose flat and no oil is extracted.
