‘99 E300TD…Removing Spin-on Fuel filter

Looks pretty tight to remove spin-on, to get it up and out of the space immediately adjacent to the filter bracket. Looks like will definitely need to squeeze in upper radiator hose to gain enough space to remove it? Will appreciate any thoughts.
