I used the supply & return lines high on the inner fender, before they are routed back to the tank. They change from hoses to hard lines. I use the hose supplied with DP and use a short length of copper 3/16" I think, as a transition to the rubber lines to the pre filter. The DP cannister fits in the abyss and I just temporary tie up with baling wire. Let her rip and adjust the throttle right there.

Obviously you need not remove the IM, Just a photo I had.
