Michael, it is easy to tell if the euro lights are on low or high beam: High beams use all of the reflector whereas low beams only use the top 3/4 of it. To adjust the lights you use the black adjuster knobs on the back of the fixture. You can look up a great how to for the beam adjustment on Daniel Stern Lighting.
