The government of the United States, thanks to Boss Limbaugh's directive, has essentially failed at this point. The GOP has seen to it. The filibuster, which is not in the US Constitution, is the gimmick by which the special interests have been able to control this country for two centuries, it is the rig in our rigged system, where democracy rarely prevails, and the GOP has refined using it into a fine art. America is now nothing more than another country controlled by a powerful minority. Our stock market reflects it, our job market reflects it, our new political system of Corporate Personhood reflects it, and everyday it gets worse. We have no real government at this point.
