After checking, it seems that even the filibuster process has been watered down. Since some rule changes to Senate Rule 22 back in the 70's . . . they don't have to stand up and talk their heads off anymore, reading Shakespeare or grandmas recipe for pound cake into the record. I am sorely disappointed in this loss of tradition.
