You are lucky you solved your SRS light problem. My SRS light was on when I started the car, moved the car out of garage and within a minute or two, the Emergency Tensioning Retractor (part of the SRS system) inadvertently activated, pulling the seat belt tight on the bodies of me and my wife. Now I'm afraid to drive the car since what caused the tensioning system to inadvertently fire is unknown I'm afraid the airbag may go off while I'm driving.
