I may need to change out my friends injection pump in his 93 350sd
.I was wondering ig the injection pump from a 3 liter sdl would work.both are turbo models with the 6cylinder diesel.

The symptons are low power and not able to get up to highway speed.have tried the exhaust loosen technique........didnt improve performance.
If we can swap it in,is thier anything I need to buy to adapt or put on to the engine.

I am going to check the return pressure valve too on the injection pump(if it has one,where is it?)
