Hogwash. Anyone can go into WalMart, for any legal reason they desire.
WalMart, nor any other store, can have you arrested for violating store policy. They can ask you to leave and/or not return, for virtually any reason - store policy or otherwise. However, until they've done so and you've ignored their demand - there ain't squat they can do to you.
