I pulled out a circular (O-ring shapped piece) rubber gasket looking thing that was sitting in the engine shock uppper mount connection (it just lifted out--sitting in a bunch of black nasty crud). I assume that this is a *piece* of a rubber mount that is located in the upper shock mounting section.

Do I need to replace this upper mount immediately?
