I understand, but you have to seperate the real issues from the story that the government tells the unwashed masses. Their covert activities are much worse than anything they will tell the public. Unfortunately, all nations act like this; the US is no better or worse. The best way to deal with any government is to stay out of it's way and hope it leaves you alone.
